a full service, precision, CNC machine shop specializing in CNC milling
and CNC turning. Since 1978, we have built a reputation for

provide specialty processing operations such as heat treat,
non-destructive testing and finish processing. And our long

Precision
Machined Components
Most of our work includes the
complete manufacturing of precision machined components per customer
drawings and specifications.
Each machine operation is
subject to first article inspection before running and then carefully
inspected during production.
Completed parts are submitted
to our quality assurance department for final inspection where a thorough
inspection report is generated. Every order includes a certificate of
conformance and a copy of the final dimensional inspection report. |

Production Machining
We also offer subcontract
machining services and shop offloads of specific operations.
Our work typically involves the
machining of a wide variety of materials including plastics, aluminum,
alloy steels, stainless steels and other exotic materials in
quantities ranging from 5 to 5000 pieces.
Most jobs are manufactured from
commercially available bar and plate stock, but we're also experienced
working with customer furnished castings, forgings or extrusions.

Custom Tooling
Fixtures, tooling and special
machines are designed and built in-house.
Special cutters and form tools
are also designed in-house, but are normally manufactured by experienced
outside vendors.
Pricing on fixtures, tooling
and other non-recurring charges are quoted separately.
The customer may also supply
special gages and tooling when required or to reduce costs. |

Quality Assurance
We have a well equipped,
temperature controlled, quality assurance room with a wide variety
of micrometers, digital measuring equipment, thread gages, Deltronic
gages, etc..
Quality planning is computer
generated as a part of production planning and includes first article
inspection sheets.
Final inspection reports
contain sample quantities and high/low limits for every dimension based on
the tolerance and reliability of the machine used to perform each
operation.

Our "in-house" manufacturing tolerances are normally reduced to one half
of given blueprint tolerances in order to provide parts which easily
comply to our customers strict quality requirements.
