Excel Machine Products has engaged in the manufacture of hydraulic
and pneumatic components since 1978. We
specialize in small to midsize close tolerance parts made from a variety of
materials. Services range from a single operation to complete manufacture
per blueprint. Complete traceability and inspection
documentation accompanies every order.

This part was
made from barstock in a single operation. Inside are close tolerance
bores and threads. Outside, the part is turned, undercut and threaded.
Then the hex is milled and the four cross holes are drilled. |

We manufacture many hydraulic
and pneumatic parts with MS & AND type fittings and ports. |

This part was made from an
alloy steel block measuring 2" x 4" x 6". It required rough
machining prior to heat treat, finish machining to tolerances of +/-
.0005", magnetic particle inspection and cadium plate. |

Much of our work includes
castings, forgings and extrusions which require complete machining and
finish processing. Parts are manufactured complete per
drawing and purchase order requirements and delivered ready for
assembly. |
