30 tool changer allows many different cuts to be performed in a single operation.

7.5 HP / 8000 RPM  spindle with ceramic bearings and a spindle cooler allows continuous high speed operation. The motor is built into the spindle to eliminate gears or belts and reduce vibration.

Rapid traverse rates to 1180 IPM  help reduce cycle times.

A Custom Macro option allows the use of custom software for machining cycles to be stored in the machine.  This software reduces setup and programming time for most common types of cuts.  Our software is written so that only blueprint dimensions are required. The time used to prove out a program is reduced along with the chances of scrapping a part due to programming error.

An additional  HAAS  indexing head may be mounted for part rotation to 1/1,000  of a degree.  The  HAAS  indexing head is equipped with an air collet and uses  5C spindle tooling. This allows the use of much of our lathe tooling for secondary operations.  A tailstock may also be employed to support longer parts.
